Will I receive tracking information?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your eyewear.

  • Non-prescription items: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery

  • Prescription eyewear: Final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or prescription error 

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

What if my glasses arrive damaged or incorrect?
